Team Leader, Michelle Roberts
I’ve worked at Winton nursery since 2012 where most of this time has been spent as a room leader in baby room. I’m NVQ 4 qualified. I love working with babies and their families providing a safe secure and loving environment where I enjoy engaging in indoor and outdoor activities with the children. I mostly enjoy floor play where the babies can become involved in messy play activities like painting and gloop. Also just spending quality time interacting with them during circle time, floor play, and their daily routines.
