Let’s hear from Joanne, our newest nursery graduate

In September 2019 our five nurseries took on our first ever apprentices!

Since then we have developed their skills, knowledge and have even been successful in securing permanent positions within our nurseries. Let’s hear from Joanne who is looking to pass her apprenticeship soon.

“I feel a great sense of achievement in being the first to complete my apprenticeship and finishing earlier than expected. This was possible working alongside an amazing team at Winton nursery who guided and supported me through every step and aspect of the apprenticeship. I really enjoyed completing my apprenticeship even in these difficult and challenging times. I have learned so much and continue to learn each working alongside the team. I am very proud of what I have achieved and the knowledge and experience I have gained.”
